Rippling, based in Sydney, seeks an Australian payroll compliance specialist to own Modern Award interpretation, STP reporting alignment, superannuation, and long service leave for its Australian customers. You will be the go-to resource for payroll configuration and compliance within Rippling and support TAMs/AMs across the broader book.

You will also train admins, run health checks, and help shape product gaps for Australia, while supporting non-payroll cases when needed in a quick-growing SaaS
