RATCH Australia Corporation is seeking a WHS & Compliance Manager to lead safety leadership and governance across its renewable energy assets. based in North Sydney with travel across Australia, you will drive contractor safety assurance, regulatory compliance, and reporting to the COO while supporting project development and operations.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 10–20+ years in WHS leadership, robust knowledge of Australian WHS laws, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
