Hutcheon & Pearce is seeking a hands-on Workshop Foreman for our Bowral dealership in the Southern Highlands. You will lead a high-performing workshop team, balance hands-on repair work (about 70%) with overseeing operations (about 30%), and ensure safe, high-quality service to a diverse customer base on agricultural and construction machinery.
You will mentor technicians and apprentices, coordinate daily activities, improve workflow, and support customers in a fast-paced workplace.
