Architect for Class 2 Housing and Bespoke Projects - ARCHICAD

Seeking a motivatedArchitectto join this growing Sydney team. Opportunities to work on projects including Public, Commercial, Single Residential, Multi-Residential and not-for-profit, socially responsible community projects in Australia and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

- Work across projects from start to completion
- Work collaborativelywith colleagues
- Produce & coordinatehigh quality documentation and details
- Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
- Work closely withproject consultants
- Manage your time across multiple projects andmeet deadlines

Skills and Experience

- Operating at a level equal to 6-10+ years' experience, including local experience
- Understanding on local council requirements, Australian building codes and standards




- Knowledge of DPB Act
- Rhino and Grasshopperskills desired
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants andapproval processes
- A designer’s eye, personally fit and a can-do attitude
- Pastexperience with top-tier studios
- Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases especially detailed documentation and delivery
