Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Lead by example on the sales floor and participate in clienteling and after sales care
- Support daily boutique operations alongside store leadership
- Develop a positive work culture and motivate team members
- Monitor market and trend developments to inform commercial strategies
- Implement incentive and commission initiatives to drive performance
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client relationship management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years luxury retail experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of driving sales results and meeting KPIs
- Strong customer focus and clienteling skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of contemporary trends
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
