Jindalee Fitness 24/7 is seeking a Group Fitness Manager to take ownership of the timetable, recruit and coach instructors, and uphold studio standards across multiple formats. This role offers budget autonomy, a clear incentive structure, and a robust community focus.

You will lead attendance-driven programming, drive member satisfaction, and ensure safe, high-quality classes, while working hands-on on the gym floor.
