Royal Rehab’s Breakthru program seeks an experienced leader to oversee delivery of person-centred services for children, young people and families across multiple sites. You will ensure plans stay current, embed trauma-informed practice, and design programs that strengthen wellbeing and resilience.
You will lead and mentor teams, manage budgets and performance targets, coordinate school holiday programs, and drive continuous improvement and funding submissions to support high-quality outcomes.
