As part of Entelect’s continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking experienced Senior Technical Business Analysts to join newly formed Web or API delivery teams . You’ll be joining at a point where teams are coming together, ownership is shared, and ways of working are being shaped from day one.

Each team has an existing Product Manager and a defined backlog , with a clear focus on delivery, momentum, and quality outcomes.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, architects, and delivery leaders to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical outcomes.

This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical understanding rather than hands-on development. You will be comfortable contributing to discussions around system design, integrations, and delivery trade-offs, while ensuring requirements are explicit, pragmatic, and aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery and analysis activities to define business needs and solution options
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to clarify and prioritise requirements
- Analyse and refine backlog items to support effective deliveryProduce clear documentation for both business and technical audiences




- Act as a key conduit between product, business, and engineering teams
- Challenge assumptions and resolve ambiguity early
- Mentor and support junior Business Analysts

What We’re Looking For

- Based in Perth with full Australian working rights
- 5–6+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of systems design, APIs, and data flows
- Experience working in early-stage or evolving delivery environments
- Confident communicator across technical and business stakeholders
- Mentoring or leadership experience highly regarded
- Consulting experience is advantageous
