You'll work with Service Technicians, customers and factory representatives to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to future product enhancements.
Role located at Mackay / Customer Mine Site with a 5 days on 2 days off roster (38 hours per week).
