Lifestyle Solutions in Bella Vista, NSW is seeking a Case Worker to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. You’ll manage a caseload, collaborate with care teams and lead culturally secure, trauma-informed planning to achieve stable placements.

You will bring a Diploma in Community Services or related field, real case-work experience with children, and a drive to build strong relationships while meeting probity requirements and holding a current driver’s licence.
