HomeMade is seeking a permanent full time Collections Specialist to join our Customer Collections team. You will manage outstanding balances, reconciling customer accounts and maintaining positive relationships through empathetic communication.
You will work across invoicing, co-contributions, overspends and government contributions, ensuring timely collection of funds while upholding compliance and high service standards. This role reports to the Collections Team Leader.
