Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Associate, Wealth Management to join our team in the Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering superior service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Financial Planners/Advisers in the preparation and implementation of financial advice and investment proposals in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets for portfolio analysis.
- Provide superior client service that builds strong client relationships by responding quickly and appropriately to client requests.
- Manage the overall client relationship and communication process, ensuring regular contact and a qualified, personalised service.
- Provide efficient and broad administration support to the Investment/Financial Advisory team.




- Initiate the new client process by arranging for the necessary paperwork to be sent to clients and ensuring the appropriate supporting documents are gathered.
- Maintain ongoing client reviews in accordance with relevant compliance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Equity Operations, IMS and Compliance to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

- At least two years’ experience in a client support or customer-facing role.
- High level of attention to detail.
- A professional, approachable, and client-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Commitment towards delivering exceptional outcomes.
