Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Account Care Specialist to join our Support Office in Virginia. You will balance customer service with debt recovery, taking ownership of overdue member accounts and negotiating payment arrangements to keep members on track.

In this role you will support clubs across our network, resolve billing queries, and strive to achieve positive outcomes for both members and the business through proactive account management and solid KPI performance.
