RecruitShop is seeking a skilled light sheet metal fabricator for a Penrith-based workshop. You will work across sheet metal, tube, plate and beam fabrication on high-end bespoke projects, applying TIG welding and precise metalworking techniques.

Permanent full-time role with a 7:00–15:30 schedule, Monday to Friday, offering overtime, ongoing training, and transparent career progression within a collaborative team. Readiness to deliver quality workmanship is essential.
