Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Case Worker to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care from our Bella Vista office. You will manage a caseload of up to six young people and focus on building meaningful outcomes rather than just numbers.
You will work collaboratively with therapeutic and frontline care teams, receive skilled support, and develop capabilities in trauma-informed, culturally safe practice. We value inclusion and community connections.
