RSL LifeCare is seeking a skilled Quality Coordinator in Wagga Wagga to lead clinical governance and drive continuous improvement across residential facilities.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and at least five years of RN experience, ideally with quality management exposure in aged care. You will champion risk management, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a cooperative, multidisciplinary team.
