PWR on the Gold Coast is seeking a Machine Shop Manager to lead our CNC machining operation, overseeing 38 CNC machines, a team of 50 machinists and apprentices, and a high‑performance manufacturing workplace.
You’ll balance hands‑on technical leadership with people development, drive productivity and continuous improvement, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to meet targets for global motorsport, aerospace and advanced engineering projects.
