Maverick Campers is looking for aWorkshop Supervisor / Warranty Coordinator to oversee our production team in Caboolture. If you have experience leading a team, can work under pressure, with minimal direction and thrive in a hands‑on environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support the team across service, warranty, and assembly tasks.
- Workshop Supervision: Monitor production progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Problem‑Solving: Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Hands‑On Work: Assist with assembly, upgrades, servicing, and general workshop tasks.
- Administration & Organization: Manage orders, schedules, and inventory while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Weekly reporting to head office required.
- Quality Control: Conduct audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.

What We’re Looking For:





- Provenleadership experience in a workshop or similar environment.
- Ability towork under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strongproblem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
- Ability totake control and make decisions with minimal direction.
- Solidorganizational and computer skills for administrative tasks.
- Industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
