HCF is seeking a Member Claims Specialist in Parramatta to resolve queries on first contact and process health insurance claims for timely payments. The role supports the Contact Centre and Branch teams and offers hybrid work after training, with a minimum two days in the office weekly.

You should know private health insurance products and claims portals (Elmo, Current Health, GV) and deliver exceptional customer service under pressure.
