TEN Recruitment is partnering with a Perth-based home builder to recruit an experienced Prestart / Contracts Administrator. This role offers full-time or part time flexibility, supporting the contract and prestart process for quality homes delivered to first-home buyers for 15+ years.

Key tasks include entering deals in Click Homes, managing site reports, coordinating documents, and guiding clients through selections while liaising with sales, finance and councils to streamline approvals.
