The McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) in Australia is seeking a Collections Officer to oversee arrears and enforcement for the Onboard Finance portfolio. You will recover debt with a tailored approach, maintain solid customer relationships, and prepare detailed recovery reports for management and partners.

You will coordinate with external agencies and legal teams, ensure compliance, and support operational efficiency while upholding MMS values. A hybrid work arrangement is supported.
