ALDI is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding customer service across shifts. You will open/close, train and guide the team, and ensure smooth daily execution in a rapid-paced environment.

You will drive sales, handle customer inquiries, and work with the store management team to maintain high standards, safety, and a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with on-site training.
