This role blends sales, service and relationship management, handling inbound and outbound inquiries to guide families through prepaid funeral options.

You’ll manage schedules using CRM and booking tools, nurture leads and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced contact centre, with a supportive team and explicit opportunities
