Sales Administrator | High-End Flooring & Interiors

Join one of Sydney’s leading timber flooring suppliers, delivering premium flooring solutions to homeowners, builders and architects. Renowned for quality products, personalised service and exceptional workmanship, this established business is looking for a Sales Administrator to take ownership of the showroom and support the sales team.

You’ll be at the heart of the showroom, welcoming clients, managing enquiries, supporting the sales process and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It’s a varied role combining customer service, sales administration, showroom management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the day-to-day running and presentation of the showroom, ensuring it is welcoming, organised and always looking its best.

- Welcome customers, respond to enquiries and provide friendly,



professional support throughout the sales process.

- Prepare quotations, invoices and orders, maintain accurate customer information and support job costing.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in sales administration, showroom coordination, customer service or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a confident and skilled manner.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience within the interiors, design, architecture, construction or flooring industry, or a genuine interest in the sector and a willingness to learn.
