Job Summary
The People & Culture Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operations of the People & Culture function, helping to create a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and maintaining people‑related data and processes.
Job Description
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
- Assist in planning internal events, training sessions, and team activities
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR‑related queries
- Promote company values and a positive workplace culture
Key Qualification
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRIS experience is a plus
