Woolworths Group Australia is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Specialist to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid role based in Melbourne or Adelaide. You will manage your own caseload, providing quick-paced ER advice, coaching and investigation support to frontline leaders.
You will conduct end-to-end investigations, prepare documents and represent the group in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
