El Jannah in NSW seeks enthusiastic Back of House (BOH) Charcoal Cook to join our team. This hands-on, rapid-paced role involves working with a great team to deliver memorable experiences for guests. No previous experience required; full on-the-job training is provided.
You’ll set up and operate the charcoal pit, cook and baste chicken to our recipe, portion and prep for service, monitor temps, keep the station clean, and support busy service periods while following food safety rules.
