We are seeking a fulltime 'Maintenance Co-ordinator' to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling of work and attendances for our trades
- High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices
- General phone duties and customer service
- Liaising with trades, estimators, suppliers and external contractors

About you

- Experience in a similar position within the trade service industry
- simPRO job management software experience is highly desirable but not mandatory as training can be provided
- Bubbly, friendly approachable personality
- Pleasant and patient phone manner
- Reliable and team oriented
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and handle pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Current drivers' licence and own reliable transport
