We are seeking a professional and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our busy specialist practice. This is a key role at the forefront of our clinic, where you will:

- Coordinate and support the daily schedules of our specialists.
- Discuss and manage treatment plans with patients.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service.
- Handle reception duties, including phones, appointment scheduling, payments, and welcoming patients.
- Manage diaries, recalls, and specialist appointment books.

At Brisbane Implant Dentistry & Perio Care, we specialise in periodontal treatment and implant surgery. Our modern, purpose-built practice is home to:

- 5 Periodontal Specialists
- 4 Hygienists
- 25+ dedicated support staff

What We’re Looking For

- Dental experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Confident intermediate computer skills
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with solid initiative
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Professional presentation and manner
- A commitment to teamwork and supporting colleagues
