The Langham, is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated team at The James at The Langham, Millers Point.

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

- Relevant qualification and 1 year work experience OR Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a rapid-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and trust worthy
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
- Must work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and passion for cooking
- Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super.
