Vertu Group is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Leading Hand to head the Victorian truck workshop. You will lead the diesel fleet, mentor technicians and ensure high safety and quality standards, with EV high-voltage capability developing as EV trucks roll out.
You will collaborate with the Service Manager and support field service, diagnostics and pre-delivery preparation, while driving a hands-on leadership style.
