Reporting to the GM People & Culture, you’ll lead a small team, shape strategic ER, workforce planning and systems, and build a trusted HR function that moves at the speed of our business.
You’ll bring 7+ years in senior HR, mastery of employee relations, data‑driven insights and experience in multi‑site environments.
