UpGuard seeks a Director of Global Solutions Engineering to lead the technical engine behind our revenue organization. You will manage Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants globally, drive the technical win in pre-sales, and own the post-sales technical escalation path, partnering with CSMs and cross-sell initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the CRO, with a bias for action in a rapid-paced, remote-first environment.
