Gorilla Grind, part of a Brisbane-based hospitality group, is seeking a passionate Food Truck Operator / Barista for a casual, 20–30 hour week role. You will set up and run the food truck, craft high-quality coffee, and deliver excellent customer service across weekend events.

Training and development opportunities are offered in a friendly, fast-paced setting. Applicants should have at least 3 years in food service, be 25+, and be able to work independently or as part of a team while
