The Role

- Proactively generate recent residential property management business
- Follow up and maximise incoming referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective landlords
- Conduct market appraisals
- Assist with onboarding recent properties
- Maintain accurate records and follow up leads through to conversion
- Work collaboratively with the wider Sales and Property Management teams

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, reliable and genuinely driven to succeed.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous Residential BDM experience, although strong sales experience will also be considered
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A professional presentation
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Confidence to proactively prospect and generate new business
- A genuine desire to develop your career
- The ability to fit into and contribute to a fun, positive team culture
