Visy is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on trades and site-based recruitment. You will own your portfolio end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers to deliver rapid, high-quality hires while building sustainable pipelines that reduce reliance on agencies.
You will support recruitment across white-, blue-collar and trades roles, reporting into the TA Team Lead – Trades, and work across Australia and New Zealand.
