Creating Links is a not-for-profit community service provider in South-West Sydney, seeking a Foster Care Case Worker to join our Permanency Support Program. You will support carers through authorisation and ongoing care journeys, working closely with case managers to meet children’s diverse needs.

You will provide supervision, training, carer reviews, and crisis support while ensuring safeguarding obligations and robust relationships with families and stakeholders.
