Bene Aged Care is currently seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team at the Campbelltown Residential Facility on a casual basis.

Your Role as a PCW

- Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
- Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
- Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes to clinical staff
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person





What You'll Bring

Essential

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
