Marnong Estate, a winery, working farm and heritage destination just north of Melbourne, is seeking a hands-on Vineyard Operator to join a small, agile team. Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Manager, you will contribute to day-to-day vineyard works and help support the growth of an emerging wine brand on 30 hectares of vines.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of vineyard experience, a practical can-do attitude, and the ability to move between pruning, canopy work, harvest, tractor
