Plumbing Bros Burleigh Waters on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our field team and support the plumbing service delivery.
You’ll supervise plumbers and apprentices, oversee daily field operations, provide technical advice, coach performance, scope and quote works, and monitor job quality and profitability. You’ll also manage callbacks and customer escalations while identifying efficiency improvements.
