We’re looking for an Intermediate Accountant ready to step up and make an impact with a supportive, forward-thinking firm that invests in your future.

About the Role

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, high-net-worth families, and individuals, delivering proactive advice and exceptional service. This is an opportunity to develop your skills across compliance, advisory, and leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns across companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
- Providing high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
- Advising on business structuring, strategic planning, and growth strategies.
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
- Managing workflows, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
- Staying up to date with regulatory changes to deliver the most current advice.

About You

You’re a career-focused professional with a passion for client service and continuous improvement.

You’ll bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in Australian tax/business services (required).
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing (preferred).
- Strong technical skills across a variety of entity types.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.




- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero certification highly regarded).
