About The Role

We are looking for experienced 3PL warehousing staff to join our team at Erskine Park who can deliver the following.

- Licensed and confident on a high‑reach forklift & Counter Balance
- Open to growing with a company that promotes internally
- Desire to be part of a great team environment
- Take pride in attention to detail
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a reliable work ethic
- Commitment to safe warehouse practices
- Familiar with using RF scanners
- Take pride in getting things right the first time
- Physically fit and able to perform some manual lifting

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working in a high‑volume 3PL warehouse environment
- Forklift Licence (High Reach and/or Counter Balance) essential
- Proven experience in picking, packing, checking and dispatching orders
- Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
- Ability to work in a team focused on excellent customer service
- Understanding of the importance of adherence to WH&S; policies and procedures
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible, positive, can‑do attitude
