Endeavour Group is seeking a Data Scientist - Workforce Planning to drive demand-based staffing across Australia’s largest hospitality network. You’ll build forecasting models, segment venues, and support tooling discovery to enable informed rostering decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and cloud platforms (GCP/DBT). Travel to venues will be required to understand floor realities and ensure modelling accuracy.
