Corrective Services NSW is seeking a Senior Case Management Officer to lead a Case Management Unit within a correctional centre, ensuring inmates access interventions, services and support to reduce reoffending and reintegration into the community.
You will coordinate officers, programs and partnerships, supervise case management activities from assessment through to release preparation, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery across the centre.
