Lucas Collective, Australia’s home to beloved restaurants, is hiring a Reservations Agent to join our on-site team. You will handle inbound calls and emails for bookings, answer general enquiries, and help guests with feedback while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.
We operate with rotating Friday to Sunday shifts, 9am to 9pm, across full-time and casual roles. The successful candidate will have hospitality experience, solid communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to
