IKEA Australia seeks a Sales Coordinator for a permanent part time role, working 60 hours per fortnight. You will be the primary contact for customer care, manage call routines, after-sales support, returns analysis, order coaching and installation coordination.

Bridge customers with the resolutions team, escalate with professionalism, and drive customer journey improvements through feedback. You’ll apply product knowledge to deliver affordable, functional, sustainable solutions.
