About the role

You'll work as a Business Administration Trainee alongside an experienced team, receiving hands‑on training and working towards your Certificate III in Business Administration. You'll learn how a busy organisation operates while supporting the team with day‑to‑day administration and customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Day-to-day administration
- Customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Documents, correspondence and reports
- Maintaining accurate records
- Appointments and office coordination
- Systems and processes
- Finding smarter and more efficient ways of doing things
