Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is seeking a Casual Commis Chef to join the Peninsula Club team in Dromana. You’ll work with a solid kitchen crew in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, from prep to pass, ensuring high-quality dishes and smooth service.

The role requires a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), a Food Allergens and Do Food Safely certificate, and experience in a busy kitchen with a adaptable roster including nights and weekends.
