Decode Group is seeking a Project HSE Coordinator to support the Secure Formwork team on major NSW construction projects. You will act as the safety link between formwork operations and Decode's HSE team, promoting safe work practices and compliance with Australian Standards.

You'll implement SWMS, conduct inspections, assist investigations, and maintain records in HammerTech while collaborating with site management to foster a positive safety culture.
