Lees Hotel Ingham operates two busy bottle shops connected to the iconic The Original Pub with No Beer. We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations across both locations, grow sales, ensure stock control and compliance, and foster a positive team culture that keeps customers returning.

You will lead, coach and develop retail teams, manage inventory, rosters, and merchandising, and uphold liquor licensing standards.
